Custom and personalized orders
KiCrafts allows you to add embossed initials on book covers. For notebooks that include the cover page "This book belongs to _______" you can fill in the blank with the actual name in the notes when placing your order.
Can I get my order rushed or expedited?
Yes, I do accept rush orders. You must choose priority or express shipping. I ship from New York so priority mail takes 2-3 days and costs between $5.95-$18 depending on the size of the order. Overnight shipping is $22.
If I find a coupon, can it be deducted retroactively?
Coupon codes must be submitted at the time your order is placed. If you're having difficulty, please contact me PRIOR to submitting your order so that I can help you. Keep in mind that a coupon code is the the last step before submitting your order.
I have my own image to add to a microfiber or stainless steel mug. Can you use it?
Yes, I can use an image you send via email for your order. It must be ready to use. If it requires editing, you will need to pay a $10 fee.
When using your artwork, you will receive a proof that you must approve BEFORE production begins.

I want to order a specific quantity of microfiber cloths or bible reading grids. How do I do that?
Specific quantities are best made through a custom request. Please contact me directly.
Otherwise, you must add more than one listing to your cart to get the amount you're looking for, since you CANNOT CHANGE the quantity of a listing.
Most styles of microfiber cloths and bible reading grids are sold in sets of 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100. To order, for example 15, add a set of 10 and a set of 5 to your cart for a total of 15, and so on.
